Wonderful surprise! The hotel was fantastic!l, very clean. The reception service was amazing. They took my pre-booking requests into consideration and were very attentive, even regarding the check-out. We had a great rest! The location is close to the city center but far enough away to offer free parking at the hotel.

All the staff was extremely nice. Good breakfast with nice choices from a menu. We had to leave early the day we checked out and they prepared a take away breakfast for us. The hotel has some nice areas that unfortunately were empty most of the time; pool, garden, seating areas and a food court (Mercado 41) at the hotel.

The hotel is modern but with a traditional decor. It has a beautiful garden/patio area and a fantastic terrace area with a pool and a bar. Freshly made breakfast to order. We ended up having dinner in the al fresco restaurant at the front of the hotel both nights we were. Really good value overall and very attentive staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Valladolid in this exquisite boutique hotel. The check-in process was remarkably smooth, and the front desk staff proved to be not only warm and friendly but also incredibly helpful. Opting for the breakfast addition to our reservation turned out to be a wise choice, given the excellent breakfast menu, and the option for box breakfasts provided added convenience for takeaways. Situated in the heart of Valladolid, the hotel was within walking distance of all the attractions and hotels we wanted to visit, with ample onsite parking available. The restaurant staff went above and beyond by assisting in warming milk for our toddler during our stay. Overall, we are delighted with our experience here and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Everything! The hotel is one of the best in Valladolid. It's very reasonably priced, we had breakfast included which was a very good spread. They will pack your breakfast if you want to start your day early, like we did the day we visited Chichen Itza. The staff is very friendly, very helpful. The hotel is located at a walking distance from the all the places you want to visit in Valladolid, so you don't need to take your car out unless you are going to Chichen Itza or Cenotes. The rooms are very clean, staff is prompt to clean your room everyday. The 3 night stay in this hotel made our trip to Mexico more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly welcome from the receptionist, something you rarely experience. There is parking in front of the door, but there is also a private (somewhat difficult to reach due to one-way traffic) site in a side street. We stayed in room 2, large room, very quiet at the rear. Good night's sleep, no traffic noise. The city's central square is about a 15-minute walk along a somewhat busier street, a route that is also easy to do in the evening. Breakfast is in a restaurant belonging to the hotel, with sufficient choice. We would stay there again.

The hotel is beautiful, the room was very spacey and both beds really comfy. The staff of the hotel is super lovely, sweet and helpful. We have stayed in 3 other hotels in México so and the staff here was really outstanding. The pool area is nice but nothing super fancy. The breakfast was great. Juice, coffee, tea, some fruits with granola and toast & jam are served. And we could order one breakfast dish from the menu. The hotel has parking spaces infront of the hotel and another space in the back.

Hotel Waye is great! Fabulous decor, good value for money, and really friendly staff and reception - which is open 24/7! The pool was clean and nice. The included breakfast was DELICIOUS! So much choice as well!

Swimming pool was very helpful for such hot weather in Valladolid. Very peaceful atmosphere in the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Our room (Standard double) was very spacious and clean. We would repeat.

The hotel was so nice and beautifully decorated. The staff were also really helpful and sweet - the outside area with food and a bar is a great bonus. The breakfast was also good !
